Architecture as Art
A Zoom Presentation by Sharon Tenenbaum
December 7th at 8:00 pm, via Zoom
(Registration: See Below)
This presentation will focus on Architecture as Fine Art and how to create it.
Sharon will provide an extensive overview of various bodies of work in different styles from photographers that inspired her, along with her own interpretation and work.
She will reveal her vision and application of seeing lines from conception to completion as she walks us through the Sundial Bridge Series. This overview will reveal her thought process of creating this series of photographs, what she envisioned, her in-camera 'as is' captures, as well as the post-processing concept.
This presentation is an example of both theory and post processing principles.
Sharon is an internationally acclaimed fine art photographer. Her passion for photography started with street photojournalism. Combining this with her original background as a Civil Engineer, her work covers a wide gamut of subject matter from ‘in the moment’ Photojournalism to Fine Art Architectural Photography. This is a perfect marriage of her engineering left brain with her artistic right brain into a celebration of lines, curves and tones.
Who May Attend:
In a relatively short period, she has managed to define an artistic direction and distinctive style in her work, resulting in acquiring fine art international awards. Her work has also been published in several magazines, including National Geographic.
This presentation is appropriate for photographers of all levels.
This presentation will not be recorded.
