• Congratulations to VCC Members Selected for the Sooke Fine Arts Show - The annual Sooke Fine Arts Show is regarded as one of the most prestigious art events on Vancouver Island. Congratulations to all VCC photographers whose work was selected for this juried event, including Stephen Ban, Kathryn Delany, Nick Delany, Kashia Hartwell, Todd Kalyniuk, Steve Lustig, Anne McCarthy, Shawn McLay, and Lee-Ann Ruttan.

• Congratulations to Alline Cormier - VCC member and volunteer Alline Cormier recently had her very first photoessay "Owl Spotting" published in the June 2025 edition of Blank Spaces magazine. The photoessay included 10 of Alline's images.

• VCC Volunteers Honored - Our club depends on the dedication of many members who volunteer their time to support the wide array of activities that we offer. Congratulations to outstanding volunteers Penny Codding who was honored with the 2025 Frank Turner Award and Jim Fowler who received the 2025 President's Award at the recent Annual General Meeting.
