About This Workshop
This in-person workshop will explore lighting for table-top subjects from a practical standpoint. We will examine some basic principles of light, and how we can use that knowledge for lighting small objects. We will talk about different methods of capturing images. After reviewing some basic principles, we will proceed with a hands-on demonstration and end with time for participants to do some shooting. Please bring your camera along with any lights you are comfortable using. Some lighting will be provided. Students should be comfortable with their camera settings on manual. Knowledge of the use of a speedlight is not necessary (but please know how to use your speedlight if you bring it).
