  • VCC COVID-19 PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT Members do not have to print off the participation agreement to bring with them. Group leaders will have one form to print and bring to the event with the participation statements printed on one page and the sign in sheet on the second page for members to sign before the event begins.   • CLUB MEETINGS AND SIGs have ended for this season but will resume again in September. Workshops, Field Trips, Tuesday Shoots and Alternate Tuesday Shoots will continue to meet as scheduled. Check the Calendar for future events.

    EVENTS 

    • SALT SPRING ISLAND PHOTOFEST will be happening from June 3-17. VCC member Kahsia Hartwell will be exhibiting her images throughout the festival. For a complete list of exhibits, locations and information visit their website.

    • PHOTOGRAPHY COURSES THIS SUMMER AT MCTAVISH ACADEMY OF ART Instructors Steve Smith, Leah Gray and Michael Murchison are providing courses on Composition, Depth of Field, Wildlife, Landscapes, Long Exposure, and Light. Please refer to the McTavish WEBSITE for more information and to register.

    • VCC FIELD TRIP TO THE COMOX VALLEY is scheduled for the weekend of June 18 and 19, 2022. There are many interesting photographic opportunities in the valley - check the calendar entry for details.

    • The SOOKE FINE ARTS SHOW will be a live event this year. Submissions open March 15th and go until May 24th.  The show will run from July 21 - August 1, 2022 at 2168 Phillips Road in Sooke. For more information visit their Website.
