Print Show Image Submission  

Definition:

Members are invited to submit images for selection for our annual Print Show to be held May 9^th to 30^th 2020.

Members may submit up to two individual images and/or a set of three images on a specific theme (of your choice). “Competition size” images should be uploaded using the links below. 

Images will be selected by a panel of qualified reviewers and makers advised on April 7^th.

Specifications

1. Selected images must be mounted in Opus Exhibition frames with a white or black mat, maximum frame size 16x20”, minimum frame size is 11 x14” except that panoramas may be up to 24” wide and canvas images in floating frames (Ramino 11141000 1 ¾” frames [matte black] only) are also acceptable within the stated dimensions.

2. Prints must be delivered to the show site on May 7^th.

3. There is a hanging fee of $25 per image with a set of three counting as one image. This is payable on acceptance of your images and will be invoiced following selection notification.

4. Note that if you are submitting images to other Art Shows they may have a restriction of “not previously exhibited”. Sidney have advised us that images in our show are not eligible. Sooke has advised us that images in our show are eligible. Please check the submission guidelines for any show that you are submitting to.

   Members may enter images in these restricted shows and then submit the same image to our show in a later year.

Timing

Submissions will open on February 7th and will close on March 7th, 2020.

SUBMIT IMAGES

• Single Image Upload (Limit 2 images) - Click on SUBMIT, and scroll down to March 7, choose 'Stand Alone Print Show Selection'.


• Three Images Upload - Click on SUBMIT, and scroll down to March 7, choose 'Print Show - Set of Three'.
